I ordered a hot tub from VM Innovations on 4/21. I received the cupholder and the headrest that came along with the hot tub on 4/24 and 4/27 (why one order came as three separate shipments with three separate tracking numbers was different, but no big deal).

I called and spoke with a rep who told me the third shipment was out for delivery that day and gave me the tracking number, which I then started to track on my own. The hot tub did not arrive that day, but things happen - I assumed it would arrive the next. Of course, it did not, however it was scanned as on the truck again and that was the last scan on the product. While disappointed I understand issues can arise in shipping - especially when considering the current state of affairs.

I stayed in touch with Fedex who attempted to trace the product to no avail. They advised me to reach out to the merchant and rectify the situation. Today I called VM who initially explained to me that they could not ship out another item and that I would have to reach out to the marketplace I initially ordered it from. When I spoke to the marketplace they advised me there is nothing they can do and it would need to be taken care of by the merchant.

Again, I called VM who told me there is nothing they can do except to try to track the item via FedEx once again and if they are unsuccessful would issue a refund. I do not want a refund, I want the item I ordered nearly three weeks ago and have been jumping through hoops to get. The reason they wont ship a new one is because they have since inflated the price 3x what it was when I ordered it and through no fault of my own have never received.

In the current climate this is absolutely shameful. My children have been excitedly asking me if today is the day the item would arrive and have been let down everyday since.

In April of 2020 I was shopping for a pool for my daughter. I saw a picture of the pool I wanted and bought the pool.

A couple of days later I was sent a pool cover. Obviously I was not in need of a cover without a pool. I chalked this up as a misunderstanding and emailed vminnovations to proceed for a refund. They first told me I had to pay to ship it.

I have never heard of this policy as this way of doing business is a terrible way of bringing back repeat customers. Unfortunately this isnt the reason for the complaint. They emailed me back saying the would proceed to give me a RMA number and I figured a return address would be in the email as well. Months later they NEVER sent me an email with this information.

The unwanted pool cover has been waiting to be shipped and VMinnovations never sent me the information I needed to send their item back. I disputed with my bank and guess what?!, VMinnovations did send my bank the information that I originally needed.

So my dispute was denied and I am left with this pool cover that will never be used. I believe I was scammed and will spread the word not to do business with VMinnovations.

After spending a significant amount of time searching for exercise equipment that would be suitable for my lifestyle, I purchased a home gym from the VM innovations website. I received confirmation for my order and was informed that my order would be shipped within 2 to 7 days. 7 days later no equipment. I sent an email to inquire and was informed they didn’t realize I placed an order and sold out of the machine. However, they have several listed on eBay for a much higher price. Very unprofessional to say the least. Definitely a waste of my time.

Issues right from the start

I ordered an item over 707.00 after tax. Immediately pending out of my account early morning around 4:00 am sat June 13, 2020. I ordered And paid for an item Measuring 85 in diameter, I received an email hours later informing That my order has been shipped. Wow! Now that's FAST I thought. I still have to wait to check tracking number 24-48 hours to know for sure, we will see. PROBLEM IS The item they claim that has been shipped is showing item at 75 in diameter, NOT 85. I have tried to call, but they do not open til 2:00 Eastern Standard Time, my time zone. And have already emailed them with my concern! We shall see how this plays out! Bank has also been notified. Hoping this was just an honest overtire, we shall see

Horrible return policy and unwilling to work with customers on it. Thought I was ordering from walmart.com but turned out to be through this company.

Found out that it came from this company when I tried to return the product to walmart. Unfortunately when the product was ordered the return policy was not made clear. We had ordered the product in advance as a birthday present and we was outside the return window before the item was ever gifted.

If smaller companies are going to sell on sites like Walmart return policies should be made more clear because I like many people assume if I order on walmart.com I can return to walmart. Otherwise I would just google what I'm wanting and find the best price not go to what I did consider a trusted site.

Kandy, I am very sorry that this item did not end up working out for you. We do our best to make sure our policies are all very clearly states on listing for our items so that we don't run into confusion with customers.

At this time, we will not be able to accept a return for this item. We do have our 30-day return policy very clearly stated on the listing and this item is now over 2 months outside of this time frame so we will be unwilling to make an exception. If there are issues with the item, I would advise reaching out to the manufacturer KidKraft as there is a 90-day warranty through them.

If you are not satisfied with this solution, I would advise reaching out to Walmart directly. They have worked with us to make sure that this 30-day return policy is clearly stated and if there was any exception to be made it would need to come from them.

Policy is not made clear or I would have known that one of my items was not a walmart product. Return policy should be made more clear also return policy stated on the direct website was obviously wrote to try to confuse customers as it states that after 30 days you must pay for return shipping but no refunds will be made also read that when ordering directly from the site there is a 60 day return policy.

If you are looking for a company that uses loopholes to assure you cant return an item then this would be the one. Looks like most of their complaints come from poor customer service and horrible policies! I have reported the company to Walmart and they are looking into rather or not to continue supporting this company on their marketplace.

I stand against companies like this and will do everything possible to assure people do not have to go through the same thing as me or the other people they have wronged! After reading the response below that's the kind of customer service they offer and its none.

I bought a Razor Euro Scooter via WM with VM Innovations as the 3rd party seller. Their website advertises a 60 day return policy but in reality it is 30 days when purchased via WM.

I bought the scooter Nov. 15th as a Santa Gift.

I charged the battery a full day but I ended up getting a factory reconditioned piece of junk which VM will not return 40 days after purchase. Merry Christmas, VM Innovations.

Damaged generator

Generator sent arrived with console case broken by fedex. Had to contact Champuon and they are sending a part i will have to install. Service center is over 100 miles away. Should be compensated for this problem. Part has not yet been received.

Ballast arrived DOA. I sent them good money, they sent defective product. Huge pita to ship it back and then after they receive it, wait 10+ days for a refund. (Hopefully) Meantime I'm left lumenless. Whole cycle lost at this point, plus I broke one of my 600 bulbs while switching them out to see if any of them would fire off the quantum. Its a cascading trainwreck.
