I have been trying to resolve a complaint with this company for over two months and haven't even received a phone call follow up yet. I received a damaged pool table and they refused to refund me anything because I didn't open it within the 5 days as stated in their policy.
Well, the damage was hidden to a small hole where it was inspected and when the pool table was delivered, it was laid down on the side where the damage was visible so we didn't see it. We were unable to open the pool table box within the timeframe stipulated because it had to be physically moved to another area of the house, In order to get it down the steps required heavy movers that we had to hire as well as removal of the bannister and door to get the pool table into the basement. There is no way we could have accomplished that within 5 days.
I am not asking for a full refund, but something would have been nice. These people do not care about their customers.
This pool table was purchased on Amazon.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
